Welcome to the forums shik. Changing the directory owner to "apache" won't solve it but changing it to "nobody" may as that is the user that apache runs under.

Apparently you have the addentry.php file still on your site. Double check that you have removed the guestbook folder and all files associated with it. Or someone is just trying to use that link to access.

Fantastico is not something TCH put together it's a package that TCH has added to your account for your use. If you select one of the scripts provided in Fantastico there is a link on the right that will take you to the author's site where you can find more information.

Actually you can probably get what you want by signing up at feedburner.com

I remember someone doing something similar a long time ago with but it wasn't done with tags. RSS feeds are XML so you would need to be able to convert that into something that would format it correctly. Check Google for IPB mods that may be available.
