No there is no word on when it will be available.

I've been here for over three years and have never seen a server down for more than a day.

Different plugins have different installtion instructions. Most require that you download the plugin from the repository or author's site and upload it into your plugins directory. Then in the admin panel you activate the plugin. Then you are required to put pieces of PHP code in your templates where you wish the plugin to display.

Just open a help desk ticket with what ever it is that you would like added and they will look into it and let you know for sure. 4. These forums. Subscribe to the server your site is hosted on and you will be notified when there are problems. You can also subscribe to a few other forums like server upgrades and maintenance forums. 5. If you have problems installing something the forums would be your first place to look for help. The help desk will help sometimes. 6. What do you consider unusual downtime? I've seen complete server rebuilds in less than 24 hours in the 3 years I've been here. But no, there are not credits for downtime. 7. I will leave that for the owner. I am happy with the service here.

This is the code that is producing the error. I would assume that Popular Tags is a plugin that you do not have installed and activated. If you don't want to install it, remove that code from the leftsidebar.php file.

Welcome to the forums Jessica You can have an unlimited number of email address. Most of these scripts are one-click installs. Of course they require configuration after being installed. There are links to the script author's sites that provide help forums similar to these if you get stuck.

There are tools available that will do a reverse lookup of an IP address to give you a domain name.

Thomas is right, it's your data and you are responsible. TCH backs up all servers but if your site goes belly up or the server happens to have a hard disk failure the backup TCH restores may be several days old.

Subdomains are used primarily to break up a website into different sections. Examples: You have your main content in yourTCHdomain.ext, you have a blog in blog.yourTCHdomain.ext, you have a gallery in gallery.yourTCHdomain.ext ... When you create a subdomain in cpanel it creates a new folder in your public_html folder with the name of the sub (section). You can then access the content of that folder using the http://sub.yourTCHdomain.ext. You would normally start over with the content in that folder with it's own index.ext file. You can also access the sub domain using http://yourTCHdomain.ext/sub. But creating a subdomain will leave the address bar in the browser displaying sub.yourTCHdomain.ext In your example of www.yourTCHdomain.ext/sub.html you are just accessing a web page in your public_html folder called sub.html. Does that help?

I found Download Trakker searching at hotscripts.com. It looks like it can do what you want.

You should be able to use any formmail script (make sure it's secure) that allows you to send the person filling out the form to another page that contains a download link once they submit the form. You just place that page in a private area of your webspace with no external links to it other than your form.

I've used Advanced Poll that carbonize linked too with success. Update: I just installed Advanced Poll and created a sample poll on a test site using Fantastico and it works. What kind of problems are you having?
