  16. Not sure, but I trust Spam Assassin enough to just delete the messages as it passes through it. Using the filtering in cPanel I have it set to check for Spam Status begins with Yes to be sent to folder /dev/null You could always submit a ticket with the help desk to have a look. I'm pretty sure with the new cPanel there have been changes to Spam Assassin as well.
  17. If it was previously working and has now stopped please open a ticket with the help desk.

  20. Glad to help and glad you got it working. About the tutorials. They were for the previous release of cPanel so yes, some things have changed.
  21. I would recommend backing up both databases before you do anything. Then if you need help integrating the two you should be posting your questions where they know how this integration works. The links you provided would be a good place to start.

  23. In phpAdmin select your database. Then select Import. Use the browse button to select your .sql file to import.
  24. For information on creating a database watch the Create a MySQL database tutorial. Once you create the database, database user and add the database user to the database you will edit the config file with information to access the file. Database will be cpanelname_dbname-you-create User will be cpanelname_user-you-create Password will be password-you-give-user-you-created Host will be localhost Once you have your config information in you will use phpAdmin to run the query to build the tables. This movie tutorial will show you how.
