You should have no issue using adodb on our servers. Don't quote me on this but I believe several scripts we provide in Fantastico such as Gallery, use adodb.

Take a look at this post, it's not the same version but the it's the same error.

This issue has been patched by cPanel and we pushed it out to all servers as soon as cPanlel notified us.

Nothing happens, the only thing that will change for each account is: 1. the account is now under the ownership of your reseeler account 2. the account will be moved to a new server 3. you assign the account a plan you create

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that script is not allowed here. These types of scripts generate server loads and spam issues. Several sites have been terminated for this and you must remove it immediately. BANNED SCRIPTS

Email Forwarder Policy Lifted AOL/AIM Fowards Policy Comcast Forwards Policy Hotmail / MSN Forwards Policy Yahoo Forwards Policy

Due to the increase in complaints, effective August 26, 2006, we will no longer allow forwards from TotalChoice accounts to Comcast accounts. Forwards to Comcast accounts have resulted in several blacklisted servers over the past two months. Often times a server is blacklisted by Comcast because their system doesn’t make any distinction between forwarded mail and mail sent directly to a Comcast address. We have worked with Comcast's Customer Security Assurance department to resolve this issue. They have requested that Comcast subscribers keep their TotalChoice email separate from their Comcast email by not forwarding from TotalChoice to Comcast. Fighting SPAM and keeping our servers off of any blacklists is a never ending battle. We understand that some of our customers wont be very happy with this choice but we feel it is in the best interest of TCH and our servers, and will help us to continue to provide the best service we possibly can. You can delete it if you like but that file is not hurting anything. If you do delete it and ever need to restore lang_global.php, you can just grab it from Invision.

You are safe! That file appears to be a backup of the file lang_global.php. This was most likely done by the same mod as the only difference I can see is text for that mod.

It's most likely not a good thing, I am taking a look now.

Just a wild guess but try removing the Automatic Image Resizing mod and all should be fine.

OK, I am not sure of the where or why but look at your dropdowns menus at the bottom of your forum. You can see that they are going crazy.

If you install it via Fafntastico then it will be listed to update from the main page in Fantastico, just click the upgrade link. You will have to manually add it. Locate or create the directory /home/username/.fantasticodata/Coppermine_Photo_Gallery/ Within this directory create a file using the following naming format: domain|installation_directory e.g. totalchoicehosting.com|gallery Now just edit the following sample code and insert in your new file ><? $thisdb = "username_dbname"; $thisdomain = "totalchoicehosting.com"; $thisscriptpath = "/home/username/public_html/gallery"; ?>

PHP 4.4.3 is available in the current stable release of cPanel and will be rolled out in the near future.

I was unable to locate a ticket for you but this is usually caused by file ownership issues or you have exceeded you disk quota. Either way you will need to open a ticket if you have not done so.

There is nothing wrong with your script nor fsockopen. The problem is we don't leave ports like that open on the server and usually will not open them. You will need to submit a ticket to the help desk and provide the who, what, and why you need that port and request that it be opened.
