dakotatech, This is what I will recommend to you. Several things: 1. Check your sites permissions, make sure not everything is CHMOD to 777 2. Check your Java Scripts Note: The issue appears to be within your Java Scripts. Every issue I am receiving is to do with a Java Script. If you can't work things out please open a ticket with the helpdesk from the link above and have a TCH Support Tech look into a little further for you.

There is an issue with the Java Script(s) on your site. When I went there I got several Java Errors popup one after another.

Emergency Ups Maintenance
TCH-Zac replied to TCH-Zac's topic in TCH Data Centers General Announcements
Update: UPS maintenance is now completed. If you experience any problems please contact the HelpDesk -
TotalChoice will be performing emergency maintenance on the primary UPS system between 7:00PM and 9:00PM on April 22nd. The primary UPS is experiencing a thermal problem with one of two internal KHL breaker frames. We will be placing the UPS into full maintenance bypass while the problematic breaker is replaced. There is no downtime expected due to this work, but the UPS system will be offline during the window. We will be placing the facility on generator power for the duration of the work as a precautionary measure against any utility interruptions.

Adding Ram And Switching To Avg & Zone Alarm
TCH-Zac replied to Mrs. Muddled's topic in Hardware Corner
Mrs Muddled, I would wait until you are on the new system until you download the driver, unless you have a USB Drive that you can place the driver onto before you start your new system. If you need anymore advice don't hesitate to ask. Its a pleasure to help. -

Adding Ram And Switching To Avg & Zone Alarm
TCH-Zac replied to Mrs. Muddled's topic in Hardware Corner
Mrs Muddled, It sounds like a keeper to me. And as for the other question. Extra RAM is always good, and if you have an extra slot its even better. Just make sure you are getting the right RAM, Cause there are several types, there is the older SDRAM, then DDR, DDR2 and so on. You don't want to go out and buy the wrong RAM and find that you can't use it. It sounds like you are going to have a ball playing with a new toy, just like a child a Christmas time. And remember, we are always here to help with advice and support anytime you need it Thats what families are for afterall -
That is great news Buffalo Gal, site designing is fun Welcome to the TCH family by the way

Adding Ram And Switching To Avg & Zone Alarm
TCH-Zac replied to Mrs. Muddled's topic in Hardware Corner
Mrs Muddled, Vista should pick up those drivers automatically, if it doesnt you can go to the makers website and download the drivers. This is my recommendation: Plug the scanner and printer into the new system, Vista has a lot more Drivers then XP and should automatically locate them. If it doesn't you can do a Windows Update through Vista and this will also usually pick up drivers.
