  1. It like it was with Invision Power Board. When they went from 2.1 to 2.2 the coding within the program was different. Which meant most skins/modules/edits that you made were no longer working. This meant having to re-write certain module, re-do skins and everything associated if you wanted to change to the new version. The good thing is the coding was very similar when they went from 2.2 to 2.3 so not many issues there. Most forum software coding is changed a bit during each version, this is soemthing that I have noticed.
  2. BrettWho?, On the main page of your cPanel (if your using x3) in the first panel there is an option to "Update Contact Details". Click that, fill in your new information and your done. If you have any problems you can submit another ticket to the helpdesk without logging in and have that ticket sent to a different email address.
  3. Thomas, I would have to agree, the 2nd one from the top isn't bad, but the reason I like the bottom one more is because its secluded and looks so peaceful, its not something you would be able to find easily. Some place nice to go and hide for a few days or more
  4. Kernel Upgrades on the other TCH NOC Servers will continue tonight. If you experience any problems please open a ticket at the HelpDesk
  5. Personally I run several other cleaners as well. I also run CCleaner, this is just a manual scan when you choose, and best of all its also free. It doesnt hurt to have other programs runs checks as well. As for having programs running at the same time with AVG, Zone Alarm, SpyBot and Adaware SE that should be fine.
  6. Latest Updates are now available: byss - Completed cathar - Not Completed - Error chicago - Completed coruscant - Completed dagabah - Completed dantoine - Completed danuta - Completed darthmaul - Completed darthvader - Completed Further updates will be available soon.
  7. Mrs. Muddled, I would recommend that you download the programs to you your desktop, then unistall Shaw Secure, then once this is done install your AVG and Zone Alarm. Once these are completed you can then go ahead and install Spy Bot and Adware SE. This way you still have a program protecting your computer until you are ready to install your new programs. I hope this helps.

  10. I personally use AVG cause it dosent take much system resources. Even though I have 2.5GB RAM in my PC, I still prefer to run programs that use low system resources. A program that uses high resources will slow your PC, sometimes even crash it if there is not enough RAM, this is something I have noticed over the years. My opinon to you would be to try AVG before making a decision to go out and buy a new system if your happy with what you have. But upgrades are always like getting a new toy when your a child. So a new PC maybe an option for the future also, but I would try AVG first. (Just my opinon).
  11. I must admit, I do like them both, but Number 2 stands out for me, this one caught my eye first.
