Welcome to the forum, Craig It does not matter where you registered your domain names you can point the second domain to the same name servers as your in your welcome email from TCH then ask the techs to park it on your account. Then in your cpanel you will see both domains in email setup and so forth. And then if you want you can set up forwards in cpanel for the other domain to go where ever or as a seperate email account.

Account names are still computer generated for security to prevent hackers from guessing your user name. Unless it is vulgar it generally won't be changed. You could do what many of do use a program like anypassword to store all your user names and passwords Its a great secure free program.

I would bet they are bounced emails created by spammers I have been getting a lot of them in the last few days that appear to be from my domain but when I look at the headers they are coming from another IP.

When using fantastico it will create and connect to a database for you just follow the instructions and fill in the folder you wish to install to an admin name and password and that's about it. You can install more than one copy of a script to different folders. If you want a forum, install two forums one for the public and one to play with or try mods and upgrades on first.

Did you got your website/cpanel and click on filemanager? if so and it does not open, then please open a help desk ticket to the techs.

Just be sure to put a little solder on the tip and let it melt, then wipe it off before using the first time. And wipe it again when each job is done to keep it clean. I use a damp paper towel to wipe it on, just a quick wipe will do.

Good Don't forget when you are done you can make a back up in cpanel > download home directory and download databases.

I don't know of any ftp program that will retain permissions when downloading or uploading. If you still have access to your old account and had cpanel the techs may be able to transfer your site with a cpanel transfer. Just open a help desk ticket with the login user / password for both accounts. Otherwise you will need to look at the install instructions for any scripts you installed for the correct settings. Or if you still have access to the old site, compare settings.
