  1. Create the sub domain in cpanel, then delete the folder cpanel creates in ftp or file manager, install to the folder in fantastico.
  2. You are welcome, let us know how it works out.
  3. I can see your space by going to your domain name. Since you just set up the domain 2 days ago its normal for you to not see it right away. It can take up to 72 hours for all the IPS's to update their name servers. You should start to see it tomorrow. Be sure to read your welcome email for the correct nameservers and modify them with the link from the email you got when you bought the domain name.
  4. Welcome to the forums and the family you have Domain servers in listed order: NS1.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM NS2.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM DNS3.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM you should only have two In your welcome email you will find the correct name servers to use. Your domain has propagated so I would guess the first two are what you need.
  5. I believe that you just put up .wml pages and they should be served to phones. I seem to remember someone here doing that.
  6. Very cool :tchrocks!: that should do it.
  7. I do not remember ever seeing it in fantastico. I would guess its not there for the same reason as PhpBb, too many security problems. You can always download and install it yourself but remember to keep it updated.
  8. Welcome to the forum Bobby glad you found the answer.

  10. You are welcome
  11. It should be in the welcome email ftp host: IP or ftp.domain_name user: cpanel_name password: cpanel_password remote folder: public_html use Passive: checked if she can access cpanel ( to make sure of the right user/password ) maybe try core ftp as the windows ftp is hard to use.

  18. Yes, in cpanel > email > default address set it to :fail: that will turn off the catch all or any name at. Create a real account set up forwards to replace alias and forward to real address This is what I did and no more spam.

  21. Have you look at your site with an ftp program or cpanels file manager to see what is there? Is there a check box or option to upload referenced files in golive?
  22. I do not see the image when going to www.natural-light-cambridge.co.uk/naturallightopt.gif or www.natural-light-cambridge.co.uk/naturallightopt.png check spelling and case
