I never had any luck with the full backups, so some time ago, I tried an experiment With an extra domain, in it's cpanel > backup I skipped the full backup and downloaded the home dir backup, and all below that link databases, e-mail filters and alias. Home Directory Download a home directory Backup Download a MySQL Database Backup Aliases Filters Then I terminated the domain account The next day I created the account again with the same user and password and uploaded the home backup and all the others using the same cpanel > backup page. Restore a Home Backup Restore a MySQL Database Restore an Alias/Filter And the site was restored. A lot more work than if the techs did it, but it worked for the same user/password. If the user/password is differen't I think you would have some editing to do. Don't know if this helps.

This is very common, but not generally revealed to the employess.

For a larger monitor or screen res you can change the appearance font size and point size to make the fonts look bigger to fit the bigger monitors and be readable.
