Greetings TCH Family! This coming Sunday morning at 1:00AM the Help Desk and Forums will be undergoing maintenance. We will be moving our core server to a new IP on our netblock. This will make the help desk and forums unreachable for about a half an hour as the name resolution takes affect. I will post here again prior to the change, just before the switch is completed.

Deny, To do this, you would just need to add the IP address of the other server to the allowed hosts in MySQL. When you login to cPanel, go to the MySQL icon. At the bottom, there is a section to add hosts that will be allowed to connect to your databases. Enter the other server IP and then configure your script to connect. If you need some additional help with this, open a ticket in the help desk and we'd be happy to give you a hand.

Yes, mailing lists are supported with the shared hosting accounts. Mailman is preinstalled for all accounts and additional mailing list scripts can be installed in the account. If you are planning to host a larger mailing list, I would recommend using PHPList as it has finer tuned controls for handling mail. This is especially important since the mail server has limits on a per hour / per minute basis.
