Server1 is back online. The forums and help desk are once again open. Closing this thread.

Server1 is going down now.

Server1, our core server which powers the TotalChoice website, help desk and forums requires some quick maintenance. At 2:00PM, We will bring the server down to install a new raid controller card. This should only take about 10 minutes. During this time, the Help Desk, Forums and website will be unreachable.

Maintenance on Ithor has been completed. If you have any issues with your site, please open a ticket at the helpdesk.

I am bringing Ithor down for maintenance now.

Ithor's raid array rebuild completed, so I will perform the maintnenance this morning at 11:00AM EST. This will improve drive throughput and increase overall system performance. Maintenance window is roughly 5-9 minutes. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but you should notice almost double the performance once completed. I will follow-up with this thread when the maintenance commences.

Ithor will not be able to be completed at this time. It's raid array rebuild is at 35% and I will need to wait for this to complete prior to doing maintenance. Due to the slow rebuild time, I will put Ithor maintenance off until tomorrow. Since this concludes today's maintenance, I will close this thread. If you have any issues with your site, please open a ticket at the helpdesk.

Utapau maintenance has been completed. Ithor is the final machine. I will need to check if the raid rebuild that it was performing has been completed before taking the machine down. I will post here when I am ready to do so.

Saijo maintenance has been completed. Utapau is now going down for maintenance.

Korriban maintenance has been completed. Saijo is now going down for maintenance.

Kashyk maintenance has been completed. Korriban is now going down for maintenance.

Ansek has been completed. Kashyk will now go down for maintenance.

Ansek is on it's way back up. I will check and make sure everything looks good and then move on to the next server.
