Mekong Cat's are just nasty fish. Some of you may or may not know, I am a avid fisherman. I fish tournaments and love the sport of Bass Fishing. Took my soon out couple weeks ago. Seems big stringer's run in my gene pool.

I think the responses here alone indicate the level of support we provide to our clientele. Do we fail sometimes? Of course we do. When upgrading from unmanaged to managed the actual upgrade process is a simple additional payment in the monthly fee. With that said however, there may be some minor issues that come along when we move your server into our fully managed program. For example, there may be things on the server that you have set up that our admin team would want to make changes to. This goes hand in hand with server stability . However, we would let you know in advance before making any changes to your server. Bill

We follow the ARIN guidelines when assigning Dedicated IP's to customers. This is required by all service providers, however not all are honest with their IP allocations. If you wanted to take secure orders over your site, you would need to have a SSL certificate. If you purchase a virtual hosting plan, you would be able to use our shared SSL.
