When you say "transfer" do you mean to transfer registras or simply move the domain so that it works on our servers? To move registras there is a $10.95 charge, plus you get a one year renewal. To move the DNS that can be done for free.

Do you mean another login for cpanel? If so, then the answer is no. We can only assign one user name per account for Cpanel. Sorry mate, but it wont work.

Your site will go into suspend when you hit your bandwidth limit. However, our system will email you when you hit 80% of your limit, thus giving you time to purchase more bandwidth.

Also to correct your mispoken. Your problem is with your registra. Your registra is the problem here, they have told you that you cant repoint the DNS. Your statement that we cant host .co.uk domains is not correct. We host tons of them. I think what you meant to say is that we can not register new .co.uk domains?

Your support request has been completed. However, DNS changes take 24 -72 hours to take effect.

Webalizer WILL NOT WORK until your domain name is propogated, otherwise your stats would be for everybody on that shared IP address. Imagine those stats. Hmmm .. nothanks

Welsh- Please explain why we cant host your domain. We can host .co.uk without any issues at all. Now, we can not register the domain name, thats different. We can not register out of country domain names. But why dont you just choose a different registra and then point the DNS to our servers? Our average response time on support issues is under 2 hours. Sometimes a bit longer depending on the issues. Just post back what the problem is and watch how fast our team of gurus get it fixed. That much I can 100% promise. We have the fastest support in the biz. Bottom line is that we are very proud of that. However, if someone submits a priority level5 ticket we dont try to answer that as fast a level1 ticket. I hope you understand that.

Public relaying is turned off, so others who don't have an account with ***** Hosting can not use the server to relay emails. But if you wish to use the server, you have to use secure authentication to relay. Good luck in your search!
