  1. Once again roadtoretire, paste your email settings here so we can look at them. Otherwise, no one can help.
  2. here are my settings in my email client....
  3. The error is in your setup. I created a mail account called tchsupport@roadtoretire.com I am able to send and recieve till im blue in the face.... Upload a image of your settings in peg so we can take a look at it. Here is my setup in PMMAIL 2000, as I dont use peg and just removed it from my system. But as you can see there are the settings and they work perfect. Here is the headers from the email I sent to myself. I edited my IP and locations out to protect my privacy. 4. You may just want to offer the free MS Excel Viewer for download on your site. http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000...0/xlviewer.aspx
  5. Earthlink DOES block port 25.. It is blocked at the head end and there is no way around this. http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,612...hlink~mode=flat ------------------------------------------------ However if the earthlink is not blocking your port 25 here is how you would set up your peg email using a ADD ON ACCOUNT. If your using your master email account you would not include the @****** in the username. BTW I was unable to send email using my Earthlink Connection, I made a phone call to Earthlink and they informed me that port 25 is indeed blocked at the head end. I was able to send using mail.totalchoicehosting.com on my Comcast Cable Connection. Here is what your settings should look like... Works like a charm for me.

  23. Hey, Im reaching out to the people in the forums for a bit of help. I have a client that seems to be having all kinds of problems with a site hosted on our servers. For example " "Well the website appears to be working but not consistently....when I first tried it, we couldn't even get the site to come up...on my second try, I got it up but it was all messed up ... things were all out of order and blurry ... on my third try, everything was fine except for the last two pages -- the contact page and the specials page had the logo on top of the lettering but it wasn't blurry ... on last try, everything worked fine...nothing was blurry and all the pages were fine ..this all occurred within a 5 minute period of time. " What I would love my Forum Brothers and Sisters to do is hit this site and let me know if it loads properly. I have loaded the page from five different PC's and three different ISP's. It loads perfect. But the customer is King! So lets try to see if we can duplicate the problems. Just let me know if you have problems with this site. Thanks http://www.machinemagic2000.com
  24. This may have been caused by recent changes to the way php handles email. I have made some changes to your server, please try this function again and update this post with your results. Thanks HG
