Signed up for my account around 6Pm PST yesterday ( 4/13/04) and wondering if my account has been approved yet because I have yet to recieve welcome email and I wanted to get started on it tonight Domain in question darkcrest.com Quote

And they will need some info from you that you used on signup to be able to give you any information about the domain, such as your Phone #, last 4 Digits of CC, Zip Code. Quote

FYI cpanel login and password are listed as mandatory info fields to start a ticket Might be a little confusing for someone without thier welcome email Quote

TCH-Rick Posted April 18, 2004 Posted April 18, 2004 I did not see a Help Desk ticket. I did look in the database and found that the email address entered was duncaandarkcerst@hotmail.com. I have corrected it and resent the Welcome Email. This would have been handled much quicker had a Help Desk ticket been sent. As HG mentioned, if you don't have a username or password just enter unknown and continue from there. Quote
