Darkcrest,

You might need to submit a ticket into the Help Desk for that problem, so that they can check it for you. And they will need some info from you that you used on signup to be able to give you any information about the domain, such as your Phone #, last 4 Digits of CC, Zip Code.

*nods* Alan is right. It shouldn't take more than 24 hours. If you look at the top of the forums you'll see a link to the support desk. If you submit a ticket it will get straightened out more quickly.

Welcome to the family! Rock Sign

FYI cpanel login and password are listed as mandatory info fields to start a ticket :)

Might be a little confusing for someone without thier welcome email

umm tried to submit a ticket it asks for username and password which I assume is in welcome email. tried to send with out it and it bounces back as error empty field message umm is there anything else I can do thanks

I did not see a Help Desk ticket. I did look in the database and found that the email address entered was duncaandarkcerst@hotmail.com. I have corrected it and resent the Welcome Email.

This would have been handled much quicker had a Help Desk ticket been sent. As HG mentioned, if you don't have a username or password just enter unknown and continue from there.
