MikeJ Posted March 19, 2004 Posted March 19, 2004 http://www.jaguarpc.com/index.php?loc=support/faq5#top - They can register .com, .net, and .org. They are (or were) a reseller of Enom: Domain Name: UKRAINEONLINE.NET Registrar: ENOM, INC. Whois Server: whois.enom.com Referral URL: http://www.enom.com I'm not sure if you can manage your domain directly with enom or whether you will have to go through jaguarpc.com though. The status does show as locked (to prevent the chance of unauthorized changes/transfers), though, so if you decide to transfer your domain, you will need to get it unlocked first. Quote
TCH-Dick Posted March 19, 2004 Posted March 19, 2004 (edited) Sorry I missed that. Here is what I make of it. Jaguar Technologies LLC is a reseller for eNom, Inc under the name AletiaNIC.com. http://www.enom.com/help/ Reseller Information Retrieval Tool ukraineonline.net Organization: Jaguar Technologies LLC Address: 4201 SW Freeway suite 220 Houston, TX77027 Phone: +1.2819601502 Fax: +1.2819601581 Email: sales@jaguarpc.com Since your domain was acquired through one of our resellers, you will need to contact them directly for assistance with your domain name, login or DNS assistance. We do not have access to this data. Their contact information can be listed above for your convenience after you submit your domain name. Also, your reseller has the tools and the capability to: -Register your nameservers for you. -Set you up with a password to access your name. -Set or remove registrar locks at any time. -Add, change, or alter contact information for your domain names. -Set, or change nameservers for your domain names. -Answer any questions regarding billing or services that they provide. -Renew your domain. Your reseller will be happy to help you access your domain name to change any information that needs to be changed. Edited March 19, 2004 by TCH-Dick Quote
TCH-Rob Posted March 19, 2004 Posted March 19, 2004 By the way, the word "our" in Dicks post above refers to Enom and not TCH. Quote
