3. Change your first line of text from "Nancy Breslin is a Delaware photographer who specializes in images of amusement parks. " to "Nancy A. Breslin is a Delaware fine art photographer who specializes in photographic images of amusement parks.".

 

4. Change your second line from "Other projects include..." to "Other photography projects include..."

 

5. Change the alt tag on "Flying Swings" to 'flying swings photograph'.

 

6. Non SEO suggestion: remove the email link at the bottom of the page (you have a 'contact' link and I think it takes away visually.

 

7. Flip your layout. In other words, put the black links column on the right instead of the left. [Another non-SEO suggestions, I would use a smaller font on your link text]

 

8. Ask fellow shooters to exchange links with you (i.e. acquire relevant backlinks).

Thanks to all for your comments. My font should be the same throughout (no instructions otherwise) and it looks that way on my browser. I'm curious to how it appeared to jikrantz.

Love the site...but if you could change the http://www.fotolog.net/squaremeals page to reflect your black and white theme on this page as well. just my 2cents

Beautiful site Nancy!! One problem though - It doesn't display the background for the body in Mozilla (Firefox/Mozilla/Netscape all on WinXP), so I couldn't read the white text against the white background. Strange thing is that the 'home' page displays the grey background. I think if you update your doctype to <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"> it will display fine in these browsers. It does locally on my pc. Anyway, if you're concerned...

 

So what did you make your pinhole camera out of?
