I wanted to express my gratitude for Carl Noonan's excellent technical support and customer service. I have had many issues with my hosting at TotalChoice and he has been extremely patient with me. He responds to my tickets almost immediately and is knowledgeable of all the problems. I wish everyone had as much patience as Carl.

 

I sincerely hope that you continue to reward Carl for his excellent customer service. Afterall, it's great employees who care about their customers that cause a company to thrive and flourish.

As well as that, I found the way he replied in his email back to me as very professional and kind.

 

As far as I know this is my first time being assisted by this man and yet it's the best experience at Total Choice Hosting I have had yet. It has raised my view of Total Choice's customer support considerably - enough to take the time to register here and give him this positive feedback.
