Yesterday, I submitted a ticket through the Help Desk to Tech Support over an issue with a new account that I have set up under my re-seller account. In less than 10 minutes Tom Duncan fixed the problem, responded with a reply, and closed the ticket. LESS THAN 10 MINUTES !!! That is outstanding. It goes way beyond my expectations.
