Hello, If you are installing it on your website the DB server name is 'localhost' it self. If you are attempting to connect from your local machine use the server IP or your domain name as the DB server name . If you are still facing issue , please open a ticket.

Hi, Your Ip 212.219.59.241 was blocked on the server, I have removed it now. Please try accessing now. Our security software blocks the IP if access to any of the secure services (email, ftp, cpanel etc) are attempted with the wrong password more than a couple of times.
