Head Guru Posted July 15, 2003 Posted July 15, 2003 We will be rolling servers up to cPanel 7 in the next 24 hours. cPanel has worked many of the bugs out of the new version and it looks like a worthwhile upgrade. Some users may have noticed we upgraded then rolled back our versions of cpanel. This was due to a major bug in the exim4 that was released with cpanel. Also mailman is still broken in cPanel. We are waiting for cPanel to update a patch for mailman. I have rolled server19 to cPanel 7 and so far it looks groovy. Of course I will update things as we move along.
AtomicVPp Posted July 15, 2003 Posted July 15, 2003 Hey Bill, Can we still use cPanel in the next 24 hours? -Tim
TCH-Sales Posted July 15, 2003 Posted July 15, 2003 Oh yeah, don't worry this won't be near as much trouble as the server moves were. Just stay tuned, and if there's anything else worth knowing or reporting, we'll let you know!
TCH-Sales Posted July 16, 2003 Posted July 16, 2003 Alright upgrades have started to CPanel 7, please go to this thread for all the latest information on the process: http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/forums/i...t=0entry22182
TCH-Don Posted July 16, 2003 Posted July 16, 2003 Hey! what happened to my unlimited space? I was planning on archiving the internet!
doc Posted July 16, 2003 Posted July 16, 2003 hahahahah....Turtle... you are too funny..... Archive the Internet... hahahahahah......
Deverill Posted July 24, 2003 Posted July 24, 2003 Archive the internet? It's been done! I love this site: http://www.archive.org/ Just go to the middle of the page where it says WAYBACK MACHINE and put in a url and click a date and see if it's there. It's hillarious to see what, say, netscape.com looked like in October 1996! It's also scary to see some of my old pages too!
