He was kind, patient, and never once bapped me virtually over head for such a moronic mistake. If all customer service was as fabulous as Tom the world would be a better place. Thanks Tom!! Quote

That's one of the things that makes TCH awesome is that you guys are never content to be the best - you are always striving to be better than you are now... no matter how lame the other companies may become.
