Samrc Posted June 1, 2003 Posted June 1, 2003 Yesterday I loaded an entire subdirectory that had been published elsewhere onto my site. I made more changes today. The cpanel still shows the same space used, etc as a week ago. How often is it updated? Is there some way I can refresh data while in cpanel? Thank you. -Samantha Quote
Lianna Posted June 2, 2003 Posted June 2, 2003 Sam, Others are reporting similar issues. I'll update this thread when we have an answer. Also, I'm moving this post to the cPanel forum. Quote
leezard Posted June 2, 2003 Posted June 2, 2003 I'm having the same issue. Up until yesterday Cpanel reported I was using about half of my available space. Last night it said I have just over 50mb of space left, I deleted a couple of test forums/sites i had set up but still showing the same usage Quote
TCH-Rick Posted June 2, 2003 Posted June 2, 2003 (edited) The disk usage stats do not change real time. They generally are updated once a day but there is a bug in cPanel that causes it not to update at times. Let us know when you notice the problem and we can correct it. I have fixed the problem you mentioned, Leezard and you should notice the change in your cPanel now. Edited June 2, 2003 by Rickvz Quote
