With the risk i am kicked out of family now... Now we atleast know what Bill looks like. And my santa-idea must be Don instead.

Here in Sweden, it happens that we get free things, but its rare. If there is a store who have a club, they can have a offer "get us one member and you blah blah for free", but then they take that out on higher prices. And if we ask... ouch... no we should not. Instead, they sell their stuff, and often very expensive. My own little policy, is never to buy those things. Doesnt matter if it costs one cent or one dollar. Why should i pay to give that big company free advertising.

First of all, Thanks everyone involved. To answer some of the questions asked in this thread... The problem with registrera.com since the beginning has been that i have been able to be customer and there has been a page where i can update my contact info, such as name, adress etc. But none of those has indicated i was gonna be the adm. contact. It wasnt until i started to read about it here in the forums that i got the idea of being a contact for my own name. Registrera.com has very poor info on these things when you are a newbie. There isnt even info on how to cancel accounts on their help pages (i had to email and ask). On the other hand they have very low prices on domain registration (com, net, org..). TCH´s prices are 10 times lower though, so now you see how expensive it is to register domains in Sweden. Today when i logged in to my account on TCH/Secureserver and clicked on pending transfers, there was no pending transfers in progress. I didnt find anywhere to cancel this transfer to start a new one with the right adm contact. If that because there was no pending transfers i dont know. So now to another question... If I register jikrantz.se through a registrar here in sweden (which will let me be adm contact ) can i then have tch tech guys to drop jikrantz.com and have jikrantz.se pointing to my serverspace on server 23? If so, what info is needed in the support ticket? Right now i am so tired of all these emails to this and that so i think i will accept i lost 10.95 in this transfer failure and start all over if this thing with jikrantz.se will work. I mean yes, i could have more fun for 10.95 but i wont go bankrupt.

Thanks Rob. A little background first though... As many who read my "domain support pages" thread knows, I am trying to get TCH/Secureserver to understand i can not tell my current registrar that TCH asks them to change back to the old adm. contact adress. So today I found an adress to contact support at secureserver. I publish it as it arrived to me, but to understand, read my email at bottom first. What I dont understand is: 1. "If this response does not answer your question please use the link at the bottom of this message" Where is that link? 2. Where is the answer to my question? NOTE: Its published exatly as i received it except for that i edited out customer number.

Ok, I knew i better had to ask before next (real) question then... In another thread yesterday in pre-sales i asked a question about domains with no luck, so i found a email adress to secure server through TCH domain registration pages. I emailed them and got the weirdest answer/email i ever received, so i was gonna ask here what this email mean, but ok, i will not. Thanks anyway Mike.

Thanks Dick. I checked that out now. It could work if i find out how to not make it resize when changing pics in the auto mode.

Before I ask my real question i need to ask if TCH and Secureserver is same thing? I mean is it the TCH-people that respond to emails sent to secureserver and not some other business, rented (in lack of words) by TCH?

Verdana as font for body text. As for logos etc, any appropriate for that project will do.

I have tried the slide show found here, and used 2 images in my slide show, but it keeps inserting undefined after the 2 images and then it takes forever before it restarts. So now im looking for a slide show that works like this one, working in all browsers but not showing undefined or taking forever to restart. If anyone have a better script i am more than happy to try that.

Does the email support system working or not on the Domain registration pages work, cause i am ending up on different pages but not finding any pages with either forms or similar (email adress) to email support.

Yep, same here. I was mostly thinking if its easier for hackers etc to come visiting me with it running or something.

Guys, either you or me are misunderstanding this i think. Registrera has asked me to ask you to send them a request for transfer which i have. Since this request first started registrera.com has changed email adress.If you then send it to wrong adress, they will not receive it. I can understand that, but what if they have changed adress since this request first started. Will that be automatically updated in your records? What i dont understand is what i would want them since they have every right to have what adress they want. Only problem is that you have the wrong adress to their contact. Example: I have adress: tompa@jikrantz.com but i change to tompa@blah.com. If you then email me, i will not receive it unless someone tells you i have a new adress. In this case i wanna tell you they have a new adress, but i cant. Instead i have to go to them and tell them that they have wrong adress in the TCH records. I dont see how going to them will help me?

If you could be an animal, what animal would you like to be? I would like to be a fly. Then i could fly around where ever i want, checking out what ever things i want, sneak in to any movie or what i want, having everyone chasing me (which could be both good and bad)...and all this without anyone knowing its me.

That I know, the problem is that for a long time now i have wanted to transfer my domain jikrantz.com from my registrar, registrera.com that had registrera@registrera.com as administrative contact in the beginning of this transfer try. Since then your guys has probably sent these transfer requests to the mentioned adress. Today i find out that the administrative contact has changed email adress. In several emails from TCH i read this: So if TCH is sending transfer requests to the old adress and i can not change it either at TCH or at registrera.com then i can never have it transferred (since they probably never receives your requests) unless i can find out a way for you to send it to the right adress.
