Sorry, I dont have the answer to this, but it sounds like you need to submit a ticket to the tech guys. Also moving for better exposure. -
I am not the best with databases, but I think the old and new db have to have same name. But I can be wrong or there might be a way to import it, so wait to someone else answers. But Im happy you made it this far.

What part in the template.html do I either modify or remove to get rid of the space between the top and the heading "Ginnie, Piggie and Gissas world" on http://www.jikrantz.net/coppermine/ ? Bruce, How did you download it? When I try, all that happens when I click on the "proceed to checkout" is that I come back to the shopping cart and no download begins.
