Congrats Since it wasnt a virus/spyware, my next bet would have been that Rob had been there and messed it up but I am glad I saved that money now.

Means you dont have a firewall and antivirus installed and enabled? If no, then its very possible that something have gotten in to your computer already.

What I mean is you must do atleast one or two manual full system scans per week or even more often if possible (which can be set to be done automatic) and not only trust the auto-protect function for emails etc.

Just a question that might solve it. I don´t know if you entered your domain adress in the contact area in cpanel. But its generally good to not enter it as contact adress in cpanel, instead it should be a hotmail, yahoo or something else. If you used the domain adress then that can be the reason for not receiving this since if its been a while since this warning was sent out and now its at 100% then there is not enough space or bandwidth in your account to receive it.

Yes Not exactly sure what you mean, but a virus can come in to your computer through email, downloaded programs or programs you install from discs, since they figured out how to include bad (virus?) code in to images I´d say photo discs are a risk too, and many many more ways. It is always best to let norton do both weekly scans (auto-starting) and *manual scans every now and then. AND enable every automatic setting there is. BUT the settings for how norton should treat a virus or threat can be questionable. Nortons recommended settings are not always the best I found out. * = I found 2 viruses a couple of days ago, which I KNOW I did not get through the auto-scanned files.

You can purchase the hosting space, then change the nameserver settings for all three of the domains and submit a ticket to the tech guys and ask them to park fs-gd.com, flipsidedesigns.com, implementdesign.com on top of each other. This way, they are all pointing to same hosting space (no breaking of AUP), while you can set up any email adresses you like and so on. Or You can purchase a reseller package and have each domain work separately in any way you want.

To change the domain on your hosting account, all you need to do is to submit a ticket to the tech guys explaining to them what you want to do. You can either park it on top of your other domain, which basically means that people that only knows your current name will have access to your site until current domain expires and the other one has propagated. As for if you can do this with someone elses domain as you are asking, that I dont know but the same tech guys will be able to tell. Link on top of page. Also, moving for organization.

I dont know if you can do that. In cpanels IP deny manager it says: So if I understand it correct, you can try to enter unknown.sagonet.net instead of ip-adress and see if it works. I tried the IP deny manager once but have never really had use for it so I dont know how to fix this.

I dont have the answer but I made a google search on "unknown.sagonet.net" and it turned out that this unkown thing is a pretty busy "thing".

Agrees on Bob, Rob and all the others. If its too much that is presented in one page, its confusing, so I agree on VI on that. But instead of having one page saying the server is up or down and then a link to the rest of the info, make it several links to several pages handling one thing/page with explanation what each presented thing means. This way the user doesnt only gets educated but will find out if blahblah is very much trouble or just a tiny trouble. Ok, long explanation, but I think you know what I mean.
