Since you write that you ordered your hosting account yesterday and depending on what email you used to register with, it might be worth to check out any spam folder you might have since these emails gets sorted wrong sometimes.

Hi, First of all, Welcome to your extended family I can not answer your first question but for number 2, when you registered your hosting account you shall have received a welcome email containing intructions on how to upload to your account. What you can do is to upload all to your new account as instructed in this email. The only thing you can not use on your account should be the webmail since as I understand your domain are not pointing to the TCH-servers (but I can be wrong on this one).

Hi, First of all, Welcome to your extended family. The upgrade link to version 1.3 are supposed to be in your cpanel. Depending on which theme you are using it may be under different sections. If using moonsoon cpanel theme, its in addon scripts and in scripts library if using X and X2 themes. If its not under one of those sections, please submit a ticket to the help guys and they will figure out what happened. (Link on top of page). EDIT: Disregard my post about this. I missread my cpanel.

I have checked this now and I have 1.1 while Jessica have 2.0. Now the problem is that even that she have 2.0 it does not work.

Lets say you are using classic theme (modified or not), then in template.html you should only have to change ><img src="themes/classic/images/site_logo.png"... to your logo name and upload it to the classic directory inside coppermine directory in your site.

Yes, you may do pretty much anything you like as long the powered by... on the bottom stays. As for how to do that, I will have to check that since it was a long time I played with that part of coppermine. Or we can hope that someone knows the answer before.

Ok, I checked that page and it looks like I will have to check in bios. Unfortunately it doesnt look like the chance of having 2.0 is big since it was released 2002 and I think my computer is a little older than that. I´ll check bios on next startup. Thanks again Bob

I had a look in both mine and Jessicas computer and it doesn´t tell if its 1.1 or 2.0. Is there any other way I can figure this out? If it happens to be that I only have 1.1, can I somehow replace those usb ports with what I need. Im asking since I plan to buy a mp3 player myself.

In your cpanel you have "Manage accounts" under the ftp section. It says: If you enter a single / in the directory box, the new FTP user will have access to the entire public_html directory and all directories under it. If you just want the new user to be able to access a sub-domain, just set the directory box to the same value as the sub-domain's root name, which is listed in parenthesis on the sub-domain section of this control panel. Nope. It is supposed to work out of the box in xp. One more problem is too that it is a friends mp3 player and not mine (so I feel a little anxious messing with it). She got it as a christmas present but doesnt have a computer, so who have to help her? Me. I do though have exact same problem with a usb-pen or what you call it, so I am pretty confident it is nothing wrong with her player, it must be something in my computer not working as it should.

In that place in control panel, yes. But the mp3 player has never been used so it was blank. The big problem is that it is not showing up in explorer so I can not transfer music to it.

I connected a mp3 player (Jens of sweden) to my computer today via usb. Nothing happened. It did not show up in explorer. In control panel I found something named removable devices (or something, dont know what you call it in english) where it was present, but no new drive in explorer. When I insert the player in the usb port, shouldn´t my computer detect it automatically?

In some parts of the world it´s not much time left until 2004 becomes 2005, so I would just like to say thank you to each and everyone in this family for making 2004 a very good year for me personally.
