  1. Welcome to the forum, Tigertrader.

  4. Welcome to the forum, moonlit801.
  5. This one sounds weird. One thing I know for sure is that neither TCH or cpanel does not enter any addresses in your account. You would need to open a ticket to the helpdesk so they can check it out, such as if things looks like a hacking attempt.
  6. Welcome to the forum, Nirenjan.
  7. Thanks Samantha.
  8. I think an upgrading tutorial could be a bit problematic to do since different upgrades are done differently, depending on what to update, sometimes its the whole package and sometimes just file or two that is changed. But I will see if I can write down some usefull hints (since I did the original tutorial).
  9. I am not sure if it can be done through cpanels file manager but with a ftp program it can be done. If you don´t have a ftp program, I would recommend CoreFTP.

  15. Thats correct Dianna.
  16. All looks correct if you have the following structure: In cgi-bin you uploaded dada and in that you uploaded DADA Folder and mail.cgi NOTE: mail.cgi does not go in to DADA folder
  17. Propagation can take up to 72 hours. If it´s a .com domain its usually very fast nowadays. From a personal experience the other day, I registered a new domain and before I even got my confirmation email I could access this new domain.
  18. Some programs have a publishing option/feature built in, so this would depend on which program you use to build your website in (I think). Let us know what you use to build with and we can help you from there.
  19. We are positive that you can do it, Jack.
  20. Welcome to the forum, John
  21. Welcome to the forum. To have both domains point to the same content, you will only need to submit a ticket to the helpdesk and they will fix it for you, which is what I think you want if I understand you correct. To have 2 domains pointing to different content (such as subfolders etc) you will need a reseller account or a second account).
  22. Welcome to the forum, Nick.
  23. The files mentioned can be (and should be)placed outside public_html and the others in cgi-bin as described in the instructions.
  24. Two things comes to mind when I read your question number 1... 1a) Are you allowed to do that by the Squirrel mail developers? 1b) This could get you in trouble if there are security problems and TCH decides to do a similar thing as they have done recently with phpbb installations that were prior to the latest version. But yes, it can be done by editing the source code in cpanels filemanager. Answer to number two... You will need to add the following to your .htaccess file: >php_value upload_max_filesize 10M
