Speaking of joomla, I believe folders should be 755 and files 644. When I need to edit a file I first try not to set it to 777, instead I set it to 666 which makes it writeable but not executable, then when done, the files is set back to 644.

Zac is correct. One other way to add is the secure way and I believe it´s a preferred way, https://your-tch-hosted-domain.com:2083 (Note the s in http)

Easiest would be to go to your-tch-hosted-domain.com/cpanel, in there click backups and then download a home directory backup.

Contacting the helpdesk is the way to go. As for what else to do, check with the helpdesk if they have a more current backup that they can restore the site with. Then make sure that every script you use are as current and secure as possible to minimize new hacking attempts also be sure that all passwords are strong.

In the screenshot it seems that "Brenda" is with a uppercase B, linux is case sensitive so please try with lowercase on all letters and see what happens.

Looking at a similar topic in the phplist forum, it looks like there might be something wrong with your config file. It looks like line $bounce_mailbox_user = 'username'; in the config file should be $bounce_mailbox_user = 'username@your-tch-domain.com';

Rumours on some sites says this upgrade is delayed a week so maybe some plugins and themes gets updated until the release of v 2.5.

The site has been added to the Commercial section. Please verify that the link and description looks/works as expected. I didn´t see any "years" mentioned in the description post I linked to earlier in this thread., so I didn´t add/change anything.

It seems that much will change regarding themes and plugins in version 2.5 and there is an upgrade preparation checklist at blogherald.com/2008/03/07/wordpress-upgrade-preparation-checklist/ for a smooth upgrade to the new version. Also, in this check list there is a link to a "PreFlight Test" plugin that you can install like any other plugin in your current wp blog and it will tell you if you are ready (more or less anyway) for the upgrade.
