Trying the email notification at the moment, if it works as I hope, poptray is probably gone from my computer as well. Edit/addition: It did, so if spam will stay as non-existent as until now poptray will go.

I figured this out. No more gmail and facebook icons unless wanted.

I checked their forum and another place and I found two things... 1) They are pretty fast with new releases 2) and yes, they want to make it secure so if #1 is true, we should not have to wait too long for secure chats.

I´ve tried it now, very briefly though so the review isn´t 4 pages long. I like it alot. As other similar applications it has the option to use all common IM applications from one application which works well and was very easy to set up. It will also check email (not only AIM, MSN etc) and my facebook account, I like that. Now I might not need to spend that much time on facebook. The only things that bugs me as a Trillian user is that you can not (not as far as I have found anyway) have secure chats through AIM, only regular non-secure chats. Also, in the system tray, it added not only the digsby icon, but also an icon for gmail and facebook, unnecessary in my opinion. So far I give it 4 (out of 5) stars.

Downloaded Digsby now and will try it in a while after finishing something else.

I can be wrong about this but I think what Dick means is that you might need to remove this entry manually from the database through phpMyAdmin in your cpanel.

Just a tiny note... You will need to check the box next to the line "Add a copy of this message to my sent items folder " for it to save a copy (this is very easily forgotten). Andy should have received it though.

I would check out phplist found in the fantastico part of your cpanel and see if it can do what you want. Also, for the allowed number of emails to send per minute, hour etc, please submit a ticket at the helpdesk and ask, since we do not discuss those limits in the forums for obvious reasons.
