Not sure what your cpanel looks like, but check in the "MySQL" or "Databases" area. There should be a link there to phpMyAdmin towards the bottom of the page. If it's not there, drop a note to the Help Desk (link above) and they'll square you right away. Oh...and welcome to the forums! Read about this in USA Today about a month or so ago. Seems they weren't getting enough subscribers as more were going to Directv and Dish. Agree...it's too bad.

Just a tho't here. Since you say you can see your wife's pc but cannot access anything on there (and it works OK the other way around) I would concentrate on the permission settings on her machine, making sure things are set up ok on that end. If you're able to, disconnect from the Internet (don't want anyone hacking around) and start with giving a folder full permissions to "guest" and work backwards from there. When I do this, I keep notes on whatever I do so it's easier to undo any damage later on.
