Gotta love the generic error messages! I would go ahead and open up the ticket (link at the top of the page) and ask. Also, the other thing that glares out at me is the version of IPB. Your is several versions behind and could open your site up to hackers or worse. It's your responsibility to keep it updated...not TCH. (And by the way, several family members have already discovered why they need to keep their scripts updated.)
