I say instead of pandering to this stranger that it is obvious nothing we say will change things and he is trying to create trouble. Instead of continuing this charade, just let him go about his way. We shouldn't have to prove that we believe in our home. Either someone likes it here or they don't. No one here has posted the information that the stranger knows so it can only be coming from one source. We can not please everybody and we may not be for everybody, there has to be .001 out there that don't like us for some reason. To Stranger, You don't seem to be happy with the way TCH works so maybe you should move along. There are plenty of customers and future customers that do like us and that we can assist. Me again, I am working on adding some articles to my site. Not everyone knows what some of the things I talk about are but would if there was a picture of it for reference. What I mean is, not everyone knows what a tsuba is but if you saw a picture of the hand guard on a Japanese sword and I said that was a tsuba then you would know what I was referring to. I have some pictures but am wondering the best way to incorporate them into the article. Should I use the column method and have the pictures in the right column and the text in the left, stager it or put them in-line? Javascript popup? Ideas?

Try looking at your error logs see if it shows where it is coming from.

It isn't really an error code so much, if you go to my website I have a 302 redirect, 302 is temporary, to my shopping cart whilst I create my index page. Do you have a redirect set up on your site to go from one page to another?

Donna, I didn't know a bit of PHP and just enough HTML to be poor at design. Even though the site I have is a shopping cart someone else has made, I made changes to make it mine without ever using an HTML editor like FP, and that was all I knew coming in here. Now I can look at the code and pretty much find what I am looking for. I am no expert but I am starting to know what to look for off the bat and can make changes I need to make, no drag and drop anymore. I do like that quickness of it though. One last thing. Bill, You have 2 choices on your SSL. You can get it here or you8 can get it elswhere, it doesnt have to be through us. There is an installation fee of $35 per SSL though. I am not sure how I wold tackle it, it would be like building an apartment complex and then giving every key to every apartment to your friend. To me it would be worth the $10 investment to get stusdomains.com or something so I would have complete control over everything. Your friend could change all of the locks and then lose the keys.

Well, to be honest I never looked at my logs. There is an option to back them up in cPanel to Archive Logs in your home directory at the end of each month. That way you have control over them. As for why pay a year up front? I think it is realistic, take advantage of the discount, if you like it you saved money. If you don't you get a refund in the first 30 days, after that I think you get a refund for your unused months. You lose nothing but a great host.

I guess my first post needs some explanation. I wanted to calm down a bit before I maybe flew off the handle. We went yesterday to go look into getting a salt tank for the house. I have had fish before and thought the kids would like a "Nemo" tank. I thought we could get the tank, accessories and start getting things set up to get some live rock and start cycling the tank. We went to the store and for a few minutes and decided to get a bite to eat and talk it over. When we got to the car my daughter asked what happened to mommy's window. Nice big hole in it and mommy's purse was gone. Now, because I am not working, I decided 3 weeks ago to drop full coverage on our car insurance. Doing so removed our glass coverage as well. Now instead of getting a tank, I am out $200 getting a new side window.
