  1. I think it is a fine line because YOU are responsible for their actions. I would only let friends and family at most use any space I had.
  2. There is no but, it will go to another registrar. Edit: Let me explain. You dont really own your domain, it is more like a lease. You arent leasing it from the registrar, you are leasing it from the registry. When you purchase a domain for a year you give money to the registrar ( they are like an authorized dealer ), thye in turn give a portion of that to the registry ( the real holder of the rights to that TLD). Take .com for example. I pay joes domain shack for ****. Joes then sends a portion of that to Verisign. If Joes goes out of business all of the information is already kept with Verisign. I dont know if it is bought or deligated to another registrar for sure but you will not be left in limbo. Moving
  3. In most cases if a registrar goes out of business all their clients will be transferred to another registrar. Often times it is a reseller that goes down and it will go to the parent company. WhoIS will always tell you where your domain is registered and if you are lucky you "might" get advanced notice.

  5. You can give prople access to subdomains proveded you are not selling the service nor are pointing domains to them. Example, my sister wants to have a blog. I can give her access to a sub on my account so she can post it. I cannot charge her for it though and she cannot point herdomain.com to mysub.domain.com.

  11. I am sorry Thomas, did you say something?
  12. Don was correct. If you go to your AdminCP, Users and Groups and then Find/Edit/Suspend User you can type a members name. When you find their name you will see an area called Member Title. You should notice that Don and I have something listed there but you and most members do not. I am not sure if there is a global setting you can use to have everyone have something there.
