Wow!! this hosting looks absolutely amazing! And the customer service looks outstanding .. which is my main concern.
I have been perusing these forums and the site all morning and I am in complete awe I am seriously interested in switching to TCH when my current contract runs out in a couple months.
I was just wondering .. the main site says 2x the bandwidth and increased bandwidth, but I came across the service plans here in the forums which do not offer as much. Is the "2x the bandwidth" a current special you are running? or is it just the packages in the forums havent been updated?
If I could, I would snatch up a package right now and just be done with it and this question would be irrelevant.. haha... however I am one of those crazy monkeys that lives from Payday to payday.. you know how it is LOL So I am just curious, that when I come back to purchase in a month or so will this still be available?
I have to hand it to you guys/gals... this is seriously the most managable site for webhosting I have come across.. The main site is so easy to navigate and I love how each item that is offered is so well explained! Some of the things I currently have, I didnt even know what they were until seeing the explaination here! and well that was enough to win me over in itself! haha
And the customer service appears to be awesome! A huge factor in making my decision to switch, I have heard so many horror stories from others with other webhosts, and well my current host does have very good customer service and is probably the reason I have stayed loyal despite the high cost. But you folks appear to offer both excellent customer service and affordability.
Anyways that was just me rambling, and hopefully boosting your egos! haha
