Of course, if you have some kind of copyright or legal issue that can get you the domain, you can help the attorneys earn some more dinero and potentially get it that way ... but you really have to prove your right to the domain in extreme detail and be willing to shell out at least $10,000 to get the paperwork moving even without it going to court.
