I'm also a little confused by this also. So even if there is money in my paypal account, is the waiting period until the check clears? or is there an option to have instant setup within 6-12 hrs ? Seems odd that it can't be approved quicker if you do have the funds in the paypal account. Greg

Hi, I didn't know where to post this. But here goes. I'm running xampp on my pc. I understand there is a way to switch between php5 and php4. Does anyone know how? I saw this posted at another forum "Actually, there should be a "PHP Switch" in the XAMPP (or apachefriends) menu. It runs a file called php-switch.bat" But I can't find a "PHP Switch" Thanks, Greg

Just an update: Installed XAMPP Lite over the weekend. Not one problem. Also learned how to create my first database with MyPHPAdmin. What a treat not having to go online to test out a script. I'm one happy camper. Just wanted to thank you all, for the help and suggestions. Greg

Thanks carbonize for the tip. Thanks Bruce The 25MB would take about 1 hour 40 min. I figure it takes about 4 min. per MB. How long did cable take? Just curious. In your opinion, would the 25MB be the better option? Just want whatever is the easiest to install. I have weeds that need to be pulled. So time wise it doesn't really matter. Thanks for all the suggestions. Think I'll give XAMPP a shot. However I'm not sure which zip I should download. As I'm on dialup, I don't want to be getting the wrong zip. So Bruce could you tell me which of those I need to download? (off 2 a good start, I'm not tech savy) I'm guessing the full version is better than the lite. Here's a pic of the options. Couple of ??? phpBB passwords 1 - Is the administrators password different than my forum loggin password? 2 - If so how do I change admin password? 3 - When I had cPanel install my board, the password I used during installation, that's my loggin password right? 4 - Cause when I look at my config.php, (auto-generated config file) the password that is there isn't one I created. So that's the data base password, I think. 5 - So are there actually 3 passwords total? Hope that made a little sense. Thanks Greg
