  1. Seasons Greetings and best wishes for a Great 2006!
  2. That is a legitimate ICANN requirement. We run 2 domain registration sites here at TCH and send similar reminders to our customers as well. Many registrars however offer a masking service for registrants who don't want their information made public. We offer and call this 'securewhois'.
  3. I found the ultimate Time and Date script.. http://www.maxxblade.co.uk/clock/ You can have the output displayed in the page, status or title bars and it has a plethora of options to choose from.
  4. Thanks for the script. Do you know the html for the server side include? Also, I understand this will display a static time which will be the time the page loaded. Can it be configured so that the time updates in realtime?
  5. Hello, Does anyone know of a script to display the Time and Date in text format on a webpage? I would need it to display time from a timezone different to the server time. Thanks in advance.
  6. I'm having the same problem with some of my sites under the same account opening and some not. What's strange is that on one domain, the site will not open in IE but if I type in the name of a domain parked on it, it opens! I have opened a support ticket and hopefully it will be resolved. As off now TCH thinks it's an ISP problem and my ISP insists it's a host problem! Let me know if you come across anything too. Thanks.
  7. I own a company manufacturing Metal Sealing & Canning Machinery. I also design, build and host websites as a hobby.
  8. Bellringr, You are absolutely right! Thanks for pointing that out to me.
  9. Thanks Bruce.. I didn't think TCH would have any problems. Cheers..
  10. bellringr, If you are forwarding mail from one address to another, don't create a mailbox for the address you are forwarding. This way the mail will be forwarded but will not be stored. eg: if you setup mail sent to xyz to go to abc, don't create an xyz mailbox.
  11. One of our clients receives huge mail attachments and requires a lot of disk space. Since disk space is 'relatively' expensive, this is what I propose to do: The client wants 4 email addresses where they will receive mail. I will setup the accounts and also setup 4 gmail accounts for them. I will then forward the mail to the respective gmail accounts. The client can use POP3 to download their mail from gmail and use the SMTP of their domain to send mail. Does anyone know off any cons in doing this or will TCH have any objections?
  12. Changing the SMTP port in outlook to 26 worked. Thank you!!
  13. Hello, How do I set a cron job for entropy to reindex the site every few days. Thanks.
  14. Hello, One of our mail users coonects through AOL Broadband in the UK and they are unable to send mail using through Outlook or any other program using SMTP. Could it be that AOL UK is blocking the port? Any assistance or workaround will be highly appreciated. Thanks, MSB
  15. Thanks. I have sent the information to you.
