    Hi, As we suggest, the best option is to open a new O365 account and de-federate from the current host. If you wish to host emails with us, then you should download emails from O365 to a mail client on a local device before making this transition. This will have a backup of emails on O365 on your local device.

    Hi, Please note that you can't upload an SSL certificate using a WordPress plugin. Also, SSL installation options are not allowed for our shared and reseller except Let's Encrypt for security reasons. You will have to contact our helpdesk to get a third-party SSL certificate installed.
