I would open a Help Desk ticket. While the support staff reads the forum from time to time the mods do not have access to the servers or your account info.

And they should refund everyone that they charged for private registration IMO

Not true David. When you purchase a .us domain through GoDaddy (at least when you did) there was an option to keep your personal information private (for a fee). My wife's domain was purchased that way and when you did a whois on the domain there was no address or telephone number disclosed. Now it is. That is what the complaint is over (I believe). I agree that you must (should) furnish valid information and I am not opposed to the authorities getting access to that information if needed.. Now if GoDaddy wasn't allow to offer the private registration then they are the ones at fault.

Not really sure what cPanel uses for their counter. Personally I don't use them on any pages since I have full access to the logs and AwStats. But yes, I write my own perl scripts too for other things.

When you say friendly format what do you mean. If you look at the AwStats in cPanel they are in a friendly format. If you want something like that on your computer, google for "web log analyzer" or something similar.

Mission, Go to the downloads page listed above and get the changed files only archive. Follow the directions included with it and you should be good to go. The update includes a migration path from 2.0.11 to 2.0.13

The .gz extension is a compressed archive and you can open it with WinZip or some other compatible software. The file compressed inside is a pure text file and will be your domain name. You can open that file with any text viewer like Notepad.

Welcome to the forums April I used Pegasus but that was so very long ago. It was a great email client back then. I currently use Thunderbird from mozilla.org. It's not my intention to have you switch to Thunderbird, that would totally be your choice. I'm sure others will offer an opinion of what they consider to be the best.

Welcome to the forums and family Matt The user names are generated automatically and in the past user names would not be changed. But as Don said, you could always ask.
