  1. Setting up a forward is pretty simple. You just enter the name on the left, select which domain from the drop down and enter a valid email address on the right. Have you checked your error logs?
  2. Just ride it out. Price of having your own domain name. These are address spoofing virus emails.
  3. Well, I don't rely on updates from cPanel for the scripts that I run. I always go to the maker's site and get the latest version and update manually. I understand what you are saying.
  4. No, actually what I was saying was to go to the phpBB downloads and get the most recent version and install it. Get the update that you need to go from the version you are running to the current version. cPanel is always going to be behind new releases.
  5. Congratulations!
  6. The version of cPanel has nothing to do with the scripts that they supply with it. I think you need to go back to cPanel and explain what you are wanting.
  7. I've merged your new post with this one. There is no reason to start a new thread. We understand you are having problems and have tried to help.
  8. Good luck with that. Just go to the phpBB site and download the updates and install them. Waiting on cPanel you could be waiting a very long time.
  9. cPanel controls what versions are included with it, not TCH. You should download and install the update manually from the phpBB site.

  17. Thanks Tom.
  18. NS1 should be server 1 and NS2 should be server 2. Guess the whois just reported them out of order. This is how they are listed when I looked.
  19. Changing your cPanel password should have no effect on your forum or gallery as those programs use their own configuration files and MySQL databases.
  20. What password are you changing?
  21. I just did a whois on this domain and noticed that your nameservers are entered in reverse. I would switch them around. You say you can access the account with webmail so the problem is most likely not at the server but somewhere between you and the server. Without being able to run a tracert you will not be able to determine where the bottleneck lies.
  22. Not sure which version of IPB you are asking about but if it's the one in cPanel do the following. Go into the admin control panel. Select Security & Privacy under under System Settings. Find Allow images to be posted and set it to "yes". Now go to the Topic, Posts & Polls section. Under Posts & Posting set your size limits and file extenstions you will allow. Set Show images in posts to "yes". And if you want to show thumbnails make sure it is selected.
  23. Have you checked your install against the intructions provided here?
