  5. Welcome to the forums AwwYouDead You don't say what OS you are running so I am assuming Windows. What's happening is .rar files have been associated with Firefox for some reason on your machine (or so it sounds). Open Windows Explorer, Select Tools, then Folder Options and then File Types. Scroll until you find rar highlight it and select change. Now select the program you wish to associate with .rar files.
  6. Server 87 is located in an east coast data center.
  7. Welcome to the forums nayner While you can serve audio files from your webspace be aware that they will eat a lot of bandwidth. As such you cannot run anything server side on a virtual account so you are limited to normal http type requests to serve your files.
  8. Thanks for the info Thomas

  10. That config sure looks like a DOS configuration to me. The servers here are Linux operating systems. So you config line should look more like "/home/your-cpanel-name/public_html/web/moodle" Then again I could be way off here.
  11. Welcome to the forums timmy Sorry, I have never tried to login to any BB software other than from the BB interface. Maybe one of our members has done this and can give you some clues.
  12. Welcome to the forums Bigg-Birdd-VA I have only tested mailman before and after looking through the settings I am coming up with nothing either. Hopefully one of our members that uses mailman frequently can answer your question.
  13. Welcome to the forums lbriseid The reason for the removal was a good one. The program causes high loads on the servers.

  18. I believe that your pages must end in .shtml for this script to work. You may want to check out hotscripts.com for a javascript banner solution.

  21. That would be a program the script is trying to call to send you the email. You can check with the help desk and see if they will install it on the server for you or you can change the script to call sendmail in place of it.
  22. Some times cPanel can take up to months to update. It is better to download and install the patches from phpBB's site to stay current.
