Here is what I suggest: Remove the Gallery folder and all contents Download the ZIP archive from Coppermine Upload the ZIP file to your public_html folder Open File Manager in cPanel, select the ZIP file in the public_html folder and select to extract it (unzip) on the right hand side Once all files are extracted you will have a folder named cpg143 in your public_html folder, select it and rename it "gallery" Make sure to change the permissions as per the link to the installation instructions above Now run the install.php in your browser http://yourTCHdomain.ext/gallery/install.php HTH

Why do you have a semi-colon between the copy-from and copy-to folder? Have you tried? >cp /home/<name>/www/somefile.php /home/<name>/www/BkUps And I am curious of why you want to do this on a regular basis too. I store backup copies of my changed files on my own computer not somewhere else in my web space.

A full backup will download everything. You cannot restore a full backup on your own. You upload your backup file to the server and open a help desk ticket and have the techs restore it for you. You can use the download home backup and restore that yourself but it does not download your databases or alias files. I am not sure if the cronjobs are backed up in either. The help desk can answer that for you.

You need to login to your cPanel and open file manager. Navigate to the public_html folder and then to your gallery folder. Is the install.php file there?

This is a quote from the Coppermine site: Replace your_server with your actual domain name. Replace coppermine_dir with the folder you copied the files into.

Try deleting the file from your Windows\Prefetch directory and see if that solves your problem. This is not the Firefox executable. Windows uses the prefetch folder to speed up launching programs.

They probably got your email address from your web site mailto: link on your contact page.

I don't think a ticket to the help desk is going to help. This is a common practice for spammers. Anyone can spoof an email return address so it looks like it came from someone other than the actual sender. Many viruses do this as well. It's is also a fact of internet life if you have a domain name it's not a matter of if it will happen but when it will happen.

Raul, if I didn't have to use Windows at work I'd probably be using Linux as my main desktop OS. Since I do it's easier to just keep running XP. I'm sure a lot of people feel the same.

It is done at the server level. You need to go into Spam Assassin and turm off the Spam Box option and then go into the Email Filter and create a new filter with the following. Select Spam Assassin Header in the first drop down Select Begins with in the second drop down Enter Yes in the next box Enter Discard in the destination box (should already be there)

Maybe I should say why I said to stick to a theme with pieces. Main reason: Wordpress is a work in progress, upgrading to a newer version you are going to have problems. Reason 2: It's easier to maintain and edit. You aren't doing anything special that hasn't been done with a zillion other themes out there for WP. Reason 3: You can play with your design just by copying your theme folder to another theme folder and make any adjustments you like to your sidebar, footer, header and css. And change them as often as you like. Maybe you might want to make some color changes or offer alternate themes to your visitors with the theme switcher. One other comment. You are making a lot of work for yourself hard coding your links and categories into your sidebar when Wordpress creates them so easily on it's own. Adding a new link or category is simple in the Admin panel and you don't have to edit a single file.

You would do better using the theme layouts header, footer and sidebar

It is not necessary to dump your entries with the Export function within MT. That is primarly for moving your MT entries to another blogging platform. I'd use the mySQL database backup provided in cPanel.
