The difference could be because awstats is reporting from the last time it was run and the raw log contains complete data. Or, awstats is only reporting successful downloads of the file.

I'd start in AwStats. Scroll down to the section named pages and click on Full List for a complete list of pages or zip files. If you are looking for how many times an image file was taken you will need to study the log files. You can download your log files. Select Raw Log File in cPanel. The file contained in the zip file you download is a text file that you can open with any text editor.

Fantastico will not install any binaries it will just install the same gallery program you download from the gallery site. Please open a ticket with the help desk and ask if it is installed. They will be able to tell you. Thanks.

I just searched the forums and the path is /usr/local/bin so that is the correct path. So if you still can't get it working please open a help desk ticket and have the techs take a look.

Yes it is on all severs and you can use /usr/local/bin for the path.

To do that you would have to nest your table inside another table with two cells.

If Rick fixed it then it could have been a server related issue. You should open a ticket with the help desk and have them check for you. The mods don't have access to the servers and the techs don't frequent the forums regularly.

Welcome to the forums Umasan 1. You won't know if they are spamming an email address until you set it up. 2. No, your cpanelname is automatically generated and will not be changed unless it happens to be something vulger. A difficult to remember name is a security plus making it harder for someone to break into your account. 3. Won't matter, if you have a domain you are going to get spammed and you can't get your name changed anyway. 4. If you don't want to use Squirrel mail you don't have to. There is no setup required to use it anyway. You just log in with your email address and password to read you mail in a web browser. If you have more questions just ask.

Neither of those are available on a virtual account. If you need shell access or anonymous FTP you would have to have a dedicated server.

Well, you need gallery 2, wordpress 2 and the plugin

Also, I used the wiki instructions for setting the paths correctly.

When I installed the plugin I had to install gallery 2 first. When I did I installed it into the same folder the blog is in. Don't think that would make a difference but it might.
