If you are referring to AwStats open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to have a look. Actually, anything server related should be asked through the help desk.

How To Run A Cron Job Please.
TCH-Bruce replied to dwayne dibbly's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
Since you are wanting to run a PHP process you have to tell it where to load PHP from. Use the following: >/usr/bin/php -q /home/your-cpanel-id/public_html/photo/mobileproc.php That should do it. -
How To Run A Cron Job Please.
TCH-Bruce replied to dwayne dibbly's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
The easiest way to set up a cron job is to use the standard setup under Cron Jobs in cPanel. Enter the full path of the command to be run in the box provided and select the other options as shown in the attached image. -
You have all four nameservers listed. You need to use either the NS1/NS2 or DNS3/DNS4 and not all four. Open a ticket with the help desk and they will tell you the correct pair to use.

Drive Icon Not Showing Up In Winexplorer
TCH-Bruce replied to ramone_kalsaw's topic in Hardware Corner
Have you added any other devices to your machine that could possibly be using the same drive letter as the drive? I have this problem at work where I have network drive configured as drive F. When I plug in the external drive XP assigns it drive F and I cannot see it because my network drive is already drive F. With the drive plugged in, open your computer management dialog from Control Panel. Select Disk Management, find the removable drive and reassign it's drive letter by right clicking on the drive and selecting the "Change Drive Letter" function. That should solve your problem. -
There is a problem with some versions of cpanel that is preventing awstats to run. As Don said you could open a ticket and have them look into it.
