  4. You will have to open a ticket with the help desk for DNS issues. Link at top of page or in my signature.
  5. Plug your hard drive into the second IDE and see if it boots.
  6. advanced-cache.php is not part of the standard Wordpress installation. So did you create the cache folder and set the permission apporpriately? I searched the Wordpress site and found this. You might also want to read this.

  9. Yes, that's why they say it takes anywhere from 24 to 72 hours to propogate. So all the name servers around the world refresh with the updated information.
  10. It's done on there domain servers. But there are name servers all over the world including your ISP's name servers. This is normal.
  11. It can take up to 72 hours to propogate your domain name. But you should be able to access your cPanel using the IP number. Some PHP stuff will not work until the domain propogates.

  19. Don't know if this is your problem or will help but there was security release and the current version is 1.73
  20. Not that I am aware of but you could install your own copy of AwStats in your account and modify it. Actually I'm not sure why you would want to do this when there is a links section below that you can click. I wouldn't want someone connecting to my IP for any reason.
  21. Got it already, thanks Thomas!

Depends on what it is but normally you would just go changing everything to 777. When you install Wordpress you don't need to set any permissions unless you wanted to edit your theme files through the admin interface. I don't recommend doing that because someone else can come along and change your files without your knowledge.
  24. Sorry, where are my manners. Welcome to the forums Frank
