  1. What's so great about it Paul? Who in their right mind uses IE?
  2. Yes, you want to create the g2data directory at the same level as the public_html folder. So that would be /home/username/g2data
  3. While I would like to take credit for fixing something it must have been Andy or Dick that did it.
  4. Please see this thread.
  5. 1. I never use the editor in cPanel so I can't answer that question. I do all my edits offline and upload them to the server using FTP. I also make sure I have a backup of what ever I am changing in case I screw it up I can replace it quickly and start over. 2. If you just uploaded a new image with the same name it should not have corrupted anything. Again, I don't use the online editor, but I would not expect it to rewrite unless I did a save. 3. I have never used vBulletin so I don't know where to go to change the logo or themes, sorry. Maybe one of our users familiar with vBulletin can answer that one. I'm sure vBulletin has a forum where you can probably find lots of info for changing it and also making other mods. 4. I recommend that you upload original copies of anything you changed. Or open a help desk ticket and ask the techs to restore those files for you.
  6. Add a trailing "/" to your link on the Vroom.html page and it will probably load.
  7. In life you get what you pay for. I see no reason you cannot come back to TCH to host your sites if you left on your own accord.
  8. I sent you a PM to see if it clears it up for you. The PM System burps every once in a while.

  11. Are you modifying a package or writing your own? I can't see where $cart would be a reserved variable but possible. Is $test defined elsewhere and is it a global variable? Maybe if $cart were defined global it would also work.
  12. Please open a ticket with the help desk and one of the techs will look into the issue for you. Use the link above or in my signature.
  13. Hi Serena, have you tried using an FTP client instead of a web broswer to upload files? If you are getting "unresponsive script" messages you will need to open a ticket with the help desk. Do not try to log in click the Submit a Ticket link on this page https://ssl.totalchoicehosting.com/supportdesk/
  14. mail.DOMAIN.ext is a reserved subdomain. If you set your email client to use DOMAIN.ext for POP and SMTP instead of mail.DOMAIN.ext you could effectively remove it but not advised.
  15. Other than user testimony I don't think there is anything else that could be said. I too have been a customer here for years and have never lost any email except when the server I was on died and the current backups were corrupt. That was several years ago and the backup process has changed so much over the years.
  16. Look, we're trying to help you. Please answer these questions. 1. How did you ban these IP numbers? 2. How do you know the IP numbers you banned are still accessing your site? Once we have that maybe we can instruct you on what to do.
  17. It's not a folder and it's called .htaccess You have to have the file manager set to display hidden files. A dot preceding a file name makes it hidden.
  18. Open up file manager in cPanel and go into your public_html folder. There should be a .htaccess file there if you are using the ban IP from cPanel. It should already have the IP addresses in there that you have already banned. How do you know the IP you are blocking is still accessing your site?
  19. I found this info through Google.
  20. How did you ban the addresses? Did you add them to your .htaccess file? If so, they should not be able to access the site.
  21. Welcome to the forums Ryan Sorry I can't help with your issue but I am sure someone will be along shortly that will have an answer for you.
  22. dock
  23. I am pretty sure it is.

  25. Is that still in the config file? It should be $config['MasterServer']['localhost'] = 'localhost';
