Welcome to the forums Winston No there are no images needed to be loaded. If it's not working I'm sure if you opened a ticket with the help desk they would check it for you. I use this on three different sites and it works as advertised.

Sorry Dan, not something I've ever played with. But couldn't you do another file (better quality) and name it the same as the one that's currently there and overwrite it?

That's what we did and I use the View New Posts feature.

When you log into cPanel it's the theme that they see. The servers are configured to use the X series themes.

Forum software like Invision that we use right here.

I use it on Linux. Been thinking of dumping Trillian and trying it on Windows too.

Maybe they should hire this 11-year old to help sort some of that out.
