  19. Sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. That's why Andy said to just upload the .gz file to your account and open a ticket and let the techs restore it.
  20. I think Bob is onto something there. I use the Paypal plugin in one broswer and top three fields have a background of light blue in that browser.
  21. Yes, you make a copy of the index or single php file for your theme and remame it 404.php and then make any changes you wish to it.
  22. If you have a 404.php page in your WP theme it would override your .htaccess settings. WordPress will serve up the 404.php page on 404 errors automatically. At least I'm pretty sure it will.
  23. The background color is usually defined in the CSS for the theme. I'd start there.
  24. It should not, but a better way to do it would be to create a 404.php file for your theme. That would automatically be server on a 404.
