  1. Happy New Year to all!
  2. Thanks for being a customer Tommy and glad you are satisfied with your service.
  3. Glad it's sorted out for you tchester. Alex fixed it on my server this morning as well. Thanks Alex!
  4. Merry Christmas everyone!
  5. I'm not sure but a quick trip to the help desk and them restarting the SMTP service seems to remedy it.
  6. I use Thunderbird and have experienced the same. When it happens please open a ticket with the help desk and report it.
  7. The only thing you need are any redirects that are still active.
  8. Not all subdomains need their own .htaccess unless you needed something in the sub that you didn't need in the main. If you want to private message me the contents I can look at them for you. If there isn't anything confidential in them you can just post the contents in this thread.
  9. I would open a ticket with the help desk and have them take a look. Especially if you did not create the folder. The .ftpquota file is a standard file though.
  10. You should have no problems. I would edit the .htaccess files before putting them back and remove any FP extension info from them.
  11. If you aren't using FrontPage it would be safe to remove the extensions. At one time it was a default when creating sub-domains to install the FP Extensions. Are these old sub-domains?
  12. There doesn't seem to be an option for it in cPanel other than a mailbox quota. Guess it was a cPanel decision.
  13. There is no way to limit the size of a single message but there is a way to limit the size of the mailbox itself in cPanel under Email Accounts.
  14. Thanks Thomas! All updated.
  15. I haven't installed it yet because I had issues with the latest Thunderbird (causing me to do a system restore). Thunderbird would crash every time I tried to compose a new email or reply to an email.
  16. The Avengers
  17. Welcome to the forum, keirakeira.
  18. Thanks Thomas
  19. Glad to hear the issue was resolved so quickly for you Bob.
  20. Welcome to the family, Mike!
  21. If your current host uses cPanel, yes.
  22. You should have no problems running Joomla 3.0 on the TCH servers. Please open a ticket with the help desk and they can help you sort out the issue. Link in my sig or at top of page.
